Only one engagement for the doubtful dignitaries in Cardiff, dinner on Friday. I can imagine the planning committee for this event “We need lots of security guys, what do we have there - a moat and a 20 foot high stone wall - Ok, what we need is a 10 foot high steel fence, just in case”!
