During the week the trainer was hoping for good ground. Now `Hughes, who is on, informs that the going is soft and he is NOT hopeful of winning . `Oh dear where I my cancel the bet button.

Hughes left the horse far too much to do as he thought that he could once again showboat it to victory and to finish 4th just proves that if he did not stick it right at the tail end he would have been a lot closer. Yes talking straight out of my pocket and yes totally disapponted

Ran well, finished a lot closer than I thought he would, the winner might have beat him last time... Go check the replay

lol at craig, yes you may well be right as Hughes even fell off one of his rides today when the horse jerked ever so slightly to the right at the start

CnC are these horses that ran today the top sprinters in the UK ? Watched the race and I was not overly impressed. I dont have the times though and the going could have been a bit sticky to. I tried to compare how my one would have weighed up against them. Very difficult I know, but from what I could see she would have been clear by 4 lengths just after the start to half way through the race. They seem to run a 6 furlong like in the Cape because they all finished very strongly. Whats nice is all will be revealed in due course.
Craig Im hoping Superman will be available !

Neigh you must remember that SA tracks are flat Yesterday at Haydock they were running uphill most of the race thus the times were slower than usual

Haydock is a very flat easy track for sprinters

One of the easiest 1200m in the UK
