Wasnt there a big court case SWATCH vs APPLE about the naming of Apple's watch as "iwatch"? SWATCH said it was too close to their branding. Swatch must have lost I guess?

Aaaah I see Swatch must have won the case because it is NOT an iWatch but an Apple Watch.
