Interesting that every single qualified legal mind (including the ex-judge)believe she has misinterpreted the dolus eventualis law and their explanations are consistent-that must suggest that the state will appeal that issue( she seemed to even contradict herself in line with the consensus)
Maybe Oscar celebration a bit premature?

Can they appeal it Rob? If (the most confusing judge I have ever heard!! lol) she says not guilty on that aspect, can it be overturned on appeal in SA?

Apparently, according to the legal panel, the state can appeal if it disagrees as to a matter of law.a few of them seem to believe that is a given!

One of my Owners is an Advocate and he also does not agree totally with her and the State can definitely appeal and the way it is going he said he would.

And to think, they once told Oscar Pistorius he'd never walk.

12-15 years tomorrow. As a betting man I wish I could find some odds. He will not walk free. Regardless of decision appeal is imminent.
