......

Is this a negative ? I have a friend who swears that they don't come home. I think its nonsense ( or talking shit or crap).

Well going back nearly 40 years I noticed ( whether co-incidence or not ) if a horse had a dump on parade or behind the stalls , they didn't come back .......so Harris , I have no idea if there is any science , but I am 100% with your mate......lol :woohoo:

Is a horse that goes for a crap not a healthy animal?

Also nearly four decades ago when an appie at horse punting my mate and I "raided" Borrowdale Park from Bulawayo. In the parade ring for the feature race a horse called Bold Willow answered nature's call right in front of us. We looked at each other and then duly backed him to the equivalent of a King's ransom for us. Bold Willow came home smoking :cheer: . I have to say this strategy has never repeated itself successfully :( .

A couple of my mates prefer to see the horse do this. Less weight to carry and like us probably feel better for it! :)

I have always regarded it as positive but can't put my finger on it.
