If Anger stays 1450m he will win. Never mind the draw.

I really can't see what the hype is about Anger - at the weights there is not much between him and Isobar and I don't fancy Isobar either - and the draw is a killer.

Jet Jamboree is a worthy favorite - I would give Uncle Tommy some sort of chance of overturning it with JJ, but the draw will make it harder - still a place chance for UT.

Of the Spies runners, I prefer Tommy Gun, won impressively over the trip, but his long lay-off and subsequent below par return effort, makes me think he could till need it.

Whiteline Fever has the draw and could very well give a lot of cheek IF he takes to the sand.

Shadow Line on his last run must also have a place chance at least.

Best roughie for me is Tap Tap Makhatini, much better off with both JJ and UT compared to when they met in May - better over further but can squeak into minor money imo

2 horses drawn above 4 have won this race in God knows how long

This is a massive step up for Anger, the draw is a killer

Good day clan

It's been a while since I last posted and that was under "Hidalgo" - only have the one e-mail address and registered Tonto first. Well for me there is only one horse - In a Rush. He has stronger opposition this year and a wide draw to contend with, however, he is well and Gavin's got him flying. We are all looking forward to the race. He is a honest sort and will do his best. Holding thumbs to achieve the double.....believe in the horse, believe in the trainer, believe in the jockey.

P.S - don't leave him out of those P6's :cheer:

Regards and have a nice day.
