Charity Mile Day Competition

Just a reminder, last year the day after the race, someone came up with the idea that maybe ABC should run a competition and the winner donates the winnings to a charity of his/her choice.

I do recall opinions were divided over whether the winner should donate all the winnings to their charity or half, or run two competitions and the winner and their nominated charity score, etc, etc, there were some good ideas.

The reason for starting the thread so early is to revive the initial thought, and secondly, to decide on the rules.

There is about three weeks to go (01/11), so if we can generate interest on the site, decide on the rules and see if we can make it a really huge annual effort going forward.

as they say it starts at home so can a persons generosity be judged by the thank yous given
