An excellent article and a pretty good primer for anyone thinking of doing their own private handicap. Nice to see the explanation of WFA, very few people properly understand it. I have lost count of the number high profile personalities in the sport who have demonstrated their ignorance of what WFA is all about.

Good to see the comments about 'the line horse' as KM says, there is much more to handicapping.

The most encouraging thing is that he has taken the time to carefully explain the MR system and presented it for public scrutiny. If only others in the sport would follow his lead.
