Apparently Keane had a go with Feruguson about his (Ferguson's) apparent lack of loyalty to the club. Keane talks double-crossing shite because he swore loyalty to Forest by kissing the badge on his shirt after scoring against Leeds in the season Forest went down.

all players are the same. Thierry Henry stated on the Tuesday that Arsenal were the only club for him. On the Thursday he was in the Barcelona kit and kissing the badge having signed for them. Money makes the world go round and there is no loyalty whatsoever where football is concerned.

I think Keane was referring to Carlos Quieros

Keane's book better than his original CnC?

The thing about Keane is that he was a 100% man and a winner who could not tolerate mediocrity. (Mac's slightly bias point aside) Totally loyal to the club and cause but perhaps just a little blinkered in the purity in which he viewed loyalty. An absolutely fantastic captain and player to have in the team. And I am sure some became better players because he was about. Those on-field attributes obviously have the potential to ruffle a few feathers on and off the pitch. Would anyone though not have him in their side at his peak and take the sh1t that came with it? Anyone who says "no" needs to make an appointment with a psychiatrist asafp. I am sure Fergie on the quiet was more than happy on occasion to let Keane use his vicious tongue, sometimes things need to be said and if you have someone who will do it for you...

Scored the first in the Juve game. Yorke and Cole got the others.

did not help him much scoring against Juve as he still has not got a champions league medal. I see that while Juve compete in the champions league, United are looking to play friendlies on a Tuesday night in the new year.
