KP and Keane autobiographies

Both of them should have called their books ME, I, ME, I

Both extraordinary sportsman focused and winners but boy have they got issue problems, but then again every genius is flawed. If you enjoy cricket and football (even if you dislike Man United) or both of these people, its a good read. Well recommended.

Yep as he has a hard on for Ferguson. They fell out big time just before he left the club, but I still think its interesting to read what goes on when the cameras and the reporters have gone home.

I like the story about when they all put their £800 cheques in a hat and had a draw. Who ever cheque was last out would take the pot home. Cantana won it and cashed the £16k and gave Scholes and Butt £8k each as they were poor. Beckham and the Neville brothers did not throw their cheques in the hat because they needed the money. Wow would would have thought that Beckham would be richer than most countries 20 years later.

Good on you...gets in the way of a proper conversation with another human...welcome back...

Two great players though very difficult personalities also...guess you would want them on the field as they delivered often when it really mattered but wouldn't want to be anywhere near them off the field...

Keane was an especially driven individual and the stand-out performance for me was the CL semi against Juventus when he picked up a yellow, knew he was out of the final and gave his everything thereafter to get them to the final...think he scored two headed goals in that match... :)
