Let me state at the outset I love my racing and I don't often whine. I am gatvol about the service that is dished out to punters at this outlet.
I understand marshalls caters for horseracing n sports betting and they have separate sections for taking of these bets within the same flOor.
My gripe is why I as a punter must wait for bet whilst a sports bet is been taken by a horse racing clerk. A grocery list is often given to these clerks to be taken.
I have raised this with the manager/s on duty but NOTHING is done. The whole floor is taken up by these sports bets freaks who scream n talk as there was no tomoro.
There is a section in the bar area downstairs where betting is also offered. That's a curse as well. Incompetent workers where horses names have to be spelt for them and those female clerks need their phones taken away during working hours. Justice next time u swear me in Zulu I will slap u and face the consequences. You are a very rude racial person. Here to we punters have to be faced with gracery list gang whilst racing is on the go.
I raised this with Jeremy Marshall at the Gold Cup function and he promised he will look into it but all I can say is ALAS and Hollywood n Noels you have my business
