Time and place Stig and this sure as fark ain't it. The guy takes plenty stick without having it thrown at him in some twisted way comparing it to being held up at gun point. Think about what your writing before posting and if, on this occasion, it would be no different then my personal opinion would be, don't post at all.

I am all for differences of opinion, this is what makes a forum interesting. This contribution from the Stig is a disgusting attempt at humour at someone elses expense and should be removed immediately. Having had a look at the Stig's posts it is quite clear the man is here to be controversial. Bob this is a time bomb waiting to explode, have a word we don't need this here.
I hope Dumpy is ok. A few years back I was hijacked in my driveway with a gun put to my head. It is not a funny thing to happen to anyone. Dumpy if you read this, please go for trauma councelling. I found it helped a lot. God speed my friend I am one of your biggest admirers do not let the boo boys discourage you as you are an institution and PE racing will be the poorer without you

Cheers Dave. I am all for free speech and differences of opinion. That post was just heartless and in very bad taste.

Sad to say but another daily occurance in SA.Most of us have experienced or know some one who has experienced such like trauma and frighteningly, it is getting worse. Strength to Dumpy and his family.

thank you OTA...i read that post last night, and was gonna echo the same sentiments this morning...i am not even gonna say that 1 has to go thru this ordeal to understand the trauma, because i dont think anyone should be insensitive to the trauma ppl go thru when this sort of thing occurs,so no matter what the circumstances are or the relationship u share with the victim..1 should ALWAYS be supportive, because right now thats what they need to heal again

I hope Dumpy recovers fully from this ordeal. Like OTA, I am also a fan of Dumpy.
It is not easy calling all this low merited races where the races are all finishing on top of each other.
There is something about his style (voice perhaps) that distinguishes PE racing.
