How to get Interbet podcast to work

It doesn't work on chrome if you have windows 8. So I tried it with Internet Explorer and I just get a window with the black screen of death in it. Anyone know how to fix this? Why can't they just do a youtube link and make it easy for everyone?

Works on Mozzila fine

Or download VLC player?
