Sorry to hear the Jack has passed away at 71
I had the privilege to have watched Cream live in the late sixties early seventies
A great band and probably the first supergroup with Ginger Baker on drums ( I am sure Ginger lives in SA now ) and the incredible Eric Clapton .

RIP Jack and thanks the music and memories

Sorry to hear about Jack Bruce. Very fine (and probably a little underrated/forgotten) bass guitarist. Plenty of material to view on Youtube.

Ginger Baker returned to the UK(?) some years ago although he did live in Tulbagh for quite a long time.

Hardly a week goes by without an accomplished musician from that era passing on. It makes the longevity of the Rolling Stones all that more remarkable as they are now ALL into their 70's.

Sad news. I couldn't believe a trio could make such good music.
