Complacency!! Well played Ireland, demolished in most of the tight phases and still won. Bring back Ruan Pienaar! Hougaard had a shocker and FFS take the points on offer! Shows a complete lack of respect for Ireland in that they kicked for the corner when in front of the posts especially seeing it is a one off test match. Came back to haunt them!

Come on Colors, does one loss now make us the worst in the universe.

We don't lack talent in this country as our under 21's and 19's prove every junior WC.

We were just beaten by a side that outplayed us on the day, which is what sport is about.

We will probably beat Ireland 9 out of 10 times but yesterday they were the better side, no excuses.

It's these results that make sport exciting as nothing is more boring than something that is completely predictable.

Exactly LSU, it was the same team that played and beat the All Blacks a few weeks back, just without the commitment and the mistakes and complacency that crept in played there part here. We had enough chances to be almost out of sight but stuffed it up completely. Hendricks, Hougaart had shockers and a few others did not cover themselves in glory. Hendricks especially seems out of depth against the bigger stronger boys. 7's is his game. Possibly a good thing for this to happen now. England could feel the backlash next week.

what utter waddle you post regarding Hendricks Craig.

When he has played against the Aussies, the ABs, Argentina and Wales he has scored tries. Out of his depth you say, now that's worth a  this early Sunday morning

CnC, Sauvia made him look silly in Jhb. Got run over and missed him a number of times. Right in front of us Duane Vermeulen was trying to tell him what to do but he was substituted pretty quickly after that. Lets see if he starts on Sat. That big England wing who scored yesterday will make him look like Mike Catt against Jonah Lomu!

I have heared that the Springbok players earn more money on this tour than the whole year put together. Now having said this, after a very hard full year of domestic and international rugger, our players are physically/mentally stuffed at this time of the year. They also play like players who dont want to get injured now with the world cup coming up next year.
Why not field a SA A side and give these top players a long rest ? Huge opportunity to try new up and coming combinations and players in the big arena.
Our tight five are loafing and not even coming close to dominating play, this puts huge pressure on the rest of the side.
The Irish arrived to play not the Springboks. Well done to them.

Neigh, I thought our tight 5 had their best game for awhile. The backs were our main problem. The scrum dominated them and we stole their lineout ball on a number of occasions. With the ball they gave the backs it should have been a doddle. Maybe I watched a different game.
