National System of Barrier Trials - YES/NO poll

Dear Clanners,
Please indicate with a simple YES/NO (no reason for your answer needed) whether you would be IN FAVOUR OF a national barrier trials system being implemented in South Africa which includes the following:
1. last race of the race day so the horse gets the full experience
2. under full Stipes control
3. to be included in horse's official form
4. published in press, racing publications and any other media where form is published
