I see he has been retired to stud. A recurrence of his injury from KZN has felled the rest of his career!

Enjoy your retirement big boy!

Real good looking boy. I think he has the physical attributes to make a decent sire. What would you put his stud fee at Bob? R20k?

Ya Chris we forget he won the Guineas the Derby and the Queens Plate, his class got him over the line in the derby but his Queens Plate victory was brilliant.

He was desperate in the Horse Chestnut and slightly unlucky in the KRA guineas all in all a top horse.

We are lucky to have another top son of Western Winter at Stud and i suppose because he is more versatile trip ways than What A Winter he will probably prove more popular than him in the long run..

Took CTN in Queens Plate...drawn 1, sat on rail and kicked in straight to win...I was counting my winnings as they turned for home !!! :cheer:

Good horse...could have been a great miler...

Lovely horse. Suspected something amiss when wasn't in met nominations. Good luck to all connections with his stud career.
