The Prosecutor prosecutes !

HTF can they prosecute a case if the evidence is not enough to present to the Court.

If it is insufficient,they can just refer the Docket back to to Investigation Officer for further investigation and/or evidence. We already have a couple of years backlog !

Even the FBI of the USA had no success in trying to train Investigating Oficers of the SAP !

Go figure !

@Leseding...you are entitled to disagree and put forth your opinion...

Just think that after process and time taken to get SD to SA, there were pressures to expedite prosecution...for justice to be seen to be done...

I still fail to see what is wrong with our judicial system????

If you followed the case then you would realize that the states star witness was found to be untrustworthy..... he changed his story three times and made statements like "this time I am not lying".... so what has that got to do with our Judicial system? It shows that its working.

The judge made the right decision on the facts before her..... we do as well if not better than some of the systems around the world.

Our judicial system works perfectly, just pay and you can get away with anything. when he was being sent here to stand trial, all witness stories where the same now that he is here and money has exchanged hands now AMNESIA sets in. you don't need BOSWELL WILKIE CIRCUS when you got these CLOWNS :sick:

I have not followed this case closely so would not make call on the judgment BUT one really strange occurrence has my attention - Who paid for Xolile Mngeni's funeral and legal fees ? If it was some mystery charitable donor from Kenya why on earth would they give a cent to this diabolical rogue?
Who paid to bury this Devil ?

the white judge made the correct judgement, on
evidence placed before her,some
ppl who think we live in a banana Republic and don't
stop complaining about everything should pack
up and go (if u educated enough to be accepted into
the perfect 1st world countries u love so much )
