Bob there is a difference between a "kak" system and a "kuk" prosecutions case......
I personally believe that the Judicial system in SA is as good/flawed as some of the top systems in the world.

I think the law is fine but reliant on a very poor police and investigative arm in the process...prosecutor can only work on basis of evidence obtained from investigative process and this area is severely deficient...
There are many unanswered questions and we all have our views...methinks he did it...but in the absence of evidence to support the accusation / charges/s, judge would never have been able to convict so she put an end to a process that was going no-where...and rightly so...
If he has a conscience (unlikely), he will have to live through it...
The only balance sheet that balances perfectly is that of your own life and as some point SD debts will be settled / balanced...

There has never been much common sense in SA but you eventually get used to it especially dealing with any official government person or department.

You try Engles but at times u have to go to munitoria, post office, home affairs, council office and u find red tape and productivity levels that u can't comprehend in Europe and the attitudes are shocking with the majority of employees behind a desk.
This does not equate to colour as they treat everyone equally or should I say poorly.

It is hard to make sense of the details of this murder without his involvement and motive/s.
It suggests that guilty and proven guilty are by no means the same thing, particularly in our world of increasing incompetence!
Similar to Eskom calling decreased diesel reserves as "unforeseen circumstances"......lol

I had a similar hearing at council offices last week massive prep after waiting 2 years it was postponed and the postal strike was used as excuse to make it for next year. You have no idea the hatred I had for the chair and committee I had to face, I could have easily blown someone away, mind u I probably would have got off!

Judge Traverso has been an absolute credit to the bench throughout her career and will continue to be guided by "iustitia et veritate"

It would be wise to differentiate between the Judiciary and the National Prosecuting Service

If anything this makes me trust the legal system in SA.
The police got it wrong in building a case but the judicial system got it right.
Innocent until proven guilty and god help us if this ever changes.
Feel sorry for the family though as they will always be short of answers and closure.
