MORDAUNT MAGIC - strong place
REBEL`S IDOL - comes from a winning family and the lesser known connections will add a few points to the price. May well place but obviously a lottery with a few big stables(Snaith Marshall and Ramsden ) sending out runners - Include in quartets
BAREGA - expect another good run and could be a pa banker
WAY CLEAR - better than recent and has a draw - has ability so don't be put off by the 14-1 price - might be a good place option
LIQUID MERCURY
RED FLAME - 8-10 a place looks appealing
HELDERBERG BLUE
ALIYSA`S PRIZE has more to give and the outsider to include would be PRESCIENT

@ PeterD, Dance In The Woods does appear the one they all have to beat, a repeat of the run to Bountiful Harvest would see her go very very close, I see Carmen Sliver as the danger.

All the best.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Race 3, Maidens: dutch #3 BAREGA & #4 DANCE IN THE WOODS; for the dutch you get a beaten favourite, trainer Bruss is hot and a good draw; most of the field is pish; I think the dutch is worth evens and you can get 12/10.

Race 4, Handicap: #2 WAY CLEAR; has neat form aside of his erratic races; drawn nicely; you can't get hurt at 14/1 especially with currently quiet King Karl.

Race 5, Handicap: #3 LIQUID MERCURY; easy and impressive last time; on a hattrick; lightly raced; nap him at the current bargain price; who cares about ownership conflict with the favourite.

Race 6, Victress Stakes: #8 INDABA; easy and impressive last time; going for four-in-a-row; downed Inara (runner-up to Majmu) in her penultimate start; lightly raced; I think worth 9/2.

Race 7, #9 HELDERBERG BLUE; easy and impressive last two starts; on a hattrick; I think worth 7/2.

Race 8, handicap: #5 ALYISA'S PRIZE; easy winner last time; lightly raced; I think worth 5's

Race 9, handicap: #2 De Sol A Sol; an impressive winner in penultimate start; a beaten favourite last start; I think worth 5's

Prosperous punting B)

No particular fancy today. Mordaunt Magic in the 1st has a very decent e/w chance imo. The 3rd looks very tight, my marginal preference is for Carousel Swing. In the 4th I' think Blarney Bay looks has a fair e/w chance. I prefer Liquid Mercury over the stablemate in the 5th despite the market indicating otherwise. Acrostar is too short imo but my selection nevertheless in the 6th. Forgive the last run and Punta Arenas is a big price in the 7th, worth chancing a small e/w
R8 Peach Delight
R9 Casey's Jet

Be(s)t of luck to all

Been very busy of late but got a bit of time at last.

Race 2 - lovar @5/1 e/w. Ramsden not a big runner of juveniles so must be decent.

Race 8 - come fly with me @7/2. Will be much better with the drop in distance.

Acrostar to walk home in the sixth.

I think Smart d'argent will enjoy this shorter distance. I've taken the exacta with the favourite who has strong c & d form.
