I think a clever move by the Ramsden stable - he knows that Act of War is about 2 lengths superior to Kingvoldt - so this race should show if Act of War is good enough to take on his elders in the Met B)

Titch - from my pocket I hope you are right (have had a go at both Legislate and Louis the King in the ante-post for the Met) - but would it not make them think again should Kingvoldt ran close to Legislate and LtK (or even cause a real upset and beat them)

No pace in the race. Snaith will sit first and second and Legislate will doddle in. Opens up the places for a horse like Ashton Park.
