Ya there is an AHS ban in place Greg

No legal way horses can travel, if he brings them up he's broken the vet rules and if they carry out to instruction CapeTown will be locked down

i presume she is in Cape Town now - If she moves out to Race in Gauteng she can't go back and race there

How can de Kock be allowed to take horses out of a quarantine zone? Surely the state vet should be the one to decide - does MdK have permission?

Race horses make up 10% of the horse population, if the Vets follow the rules the whole of Capetown will be locked down and no horses will be allowed to move anywhere, and the queens plate will be cancelled.

It`s also against the NHA rules to move horses to the cape ( check the handbook 39.6 )
