If your drawn low on your selections, you better take savers now, track is so unfair

Bob, perhaps so from an owners point of view over the sprints but imho it is no different to being drawn high elsewhere, you just have more work to do in terms of getting across. And I don't think down the middle is a terrible place to be and it is a fairly "thin" track. As a punter I look at it the same way as a horse drawn high round a bend. Intandokazi was drawn low but I still thought it might be good enough, just failed. If drawn high then the likely winner. I knew it before I punted and was prepared to chance it. For punters it only becomes unfair when the advantage seems to change with no warning, it then becomes a real toss up as to where any advantage may or may not be. Punting wise it is the consistency that is important, when it is like this, seemingly (!!) with the advantage high I can study knowing the (apparent?) facts, when it starts to change that is where the problem comes in.

Intandokazi and the 3rd where drawn beside each other, both ran up the middle then shifted to the outside,if they had followed the pace down the inside they would have finished way off the winner(the inside was definately infront)
