Racing Form Guides

The story of my evening... as briefly as I can ;)

1. Go to Winning Form. From Race 3 onwards there has obviously been another glitch and the data is useless. (Is my preferred choice but still no clue if steps are being taken to eradicate the issues)

2. Go to Sporting Post. Not really familiar with it though I have used it as a reference/further guide from time to time. Race 5 is really messing with my head as I'm not entirely sure of what the data is telling me so I seek out their "guide". Click on it and told the page is unavailable. Return to the form guide but after a while decide I am not confident enough in what I am reading and getting increasingly p1ssed off. Thus decide to go to...

3. Computaform on the tabonline website. Need to pay. Do a little reading up etc and decide that R30 for a trial week I can handle. After being told about a dozen times I am putting in the wrong code it finally accepts what I have typed and I am in. Email with user name and password confirmed is received. Return to web page to subscribe. No longer have the subscriptions up and nowhere I can see to log in, just a plug for Adobe which I hit even though I already have it installed. Do a google search and finally get on a tabonline page where I can register and thus hopefully subscribe to Computaform. In go the User Name and Password... "incorrect"... despite copying and pasting from the email they have sent me! Ok, let's get a new password. again username copied and pasted from the email they have just sent me... not recognised.

4. 2-3 wasted hours later, I've come here to moan! ;)

And they want NEW people to start having a bet, fark me I've been betting 30 years and its enough to make me want to stop!!!

And of course, i am totally in the dark regarding the Vaal tomorrow and will seemingly have to give it a miss. Thanks to all concerned  :silly:

Engels , there has always been a problem registering with Computaform online

Sure there is a fix but for the life of me I can't remember what.

Bob, as JCL indicates, its all such a pile of crap and frustrating beyond belief... all three of them had fundamental issues that just should not happen. Its not even mediocrity as Pirates would say, its amateur league at best

Oscar I am 99% certain someone from that organisation reads ABC, they can therefore help both of us if they want to and care about their clients... I appreciate I am just a moaning old punter trying to help them improve their product so I probably have less than 1% chance of receiving a PM from them, as an owner of a few horses I would like to think your chances are at least double that ;)

Loopy lol, I think this would be the 4th time I would have to be telling you my name then lol. No worries bud, until the next time... :)

Colors... formgrids is excellent but I like an overview of a race first, I then use formgrids as required

engels most of them are actually members of abc, but are no longer able to post on the site for some reason..

South African racing community is very small and short sighted and will die soon if it doesnt change.
