While of course happy to hear that Oscar and Don are sorted, does this not 100% demonstrate one of the major issues with the powers that be?
Oscar is an owner, seemingly (and deservedly
) well respected in racing circles. Don, partly through her work at Kenilworth, if I understand correctly, seemingly is fairly well connected in racing circles.
I, on the other hand, who raised the issue in the first place, at least this time around, am an ABC moaner from a distant land, just a-n-other punter helping to keep the "game" going. I, of course, have not been contacted. Though I have not tried again, nor do I see anything anywhere to state how they intend to resolve the online issues for the potential multitude of others who have experienced the same problems.
Is this so difficult for them to do? Do not they not understand the harm it causes themselves and racing in general? Don, for example, may be successful in attracting new people to the game... but then these "newbies" can't even get access to a form guide. Will they stay attracted to horse racing and to having a bet for very long?
Or, have I missed something? I hope so...

Englander ,as a fellow moaner who is perceived to be "anti" the operators on principle, let me point out that at 10 am this morning the Saftote site had not bothered to list the card changes (although betting opens at 9 and this is an everyday occurrence) This is the custodian of tote betting in SA and the management that believe that they deserve to recapture the open bet.
I would love to listen in to one of their operational management meetings .............they must be a scream!
You really have to ask yourself what the mentality of the management is
