"Group" RESULTS - 'Evening' Monday 21st April Workings...

Evening.

This evening completed, and went as follows................

The 1st runner we wanted 3.0, and with being around 3.55 on arrival and not coming down to us at any stage after mails were sent, we all had to avoid the race. The runner went and won, so a good leave..........

The 2nd runner we wanted 3.5, and with getting around 3.05 and slightly shorter on arrival, we had a lay at 3.05 max. The lay looked in a bit of trouble, but ended up pulling it all out to win, so the way it goes. Traders easily got their trade back prices in running and so got away with it...........

The 3rd runner we wanted 1.2, and with being around 1.43 on arrival and not coming anywhere near our lay price at any stage at all, we all had to avoid the race. The runner went and won, so a good leave.......

The 4th runner we wanted 1.7, and with being around 1.75 on arrival, and then dropping down to us, we had a lay at the rock bottom of the market and 1.7. The lay was beaten and so a good result.......

The 5th and final runner we wanted 3.3, and with being around 3.15 on arrival, we had a lay at around 3.15. The price then drifted out to our own price of 3.6 and way beyond, so a chance for traders to have a 'free' lay before the race. The lay/trade went and won, so glad of the drift and with only traders now playing there was no damage done.........

WELL PLAYED/BATTLED.........(3 from the first 3 (100%) went and won - and 4 from the 5 (80%) in total, so great effort to finish levels, or win a bit. Well played guys)

'Rolling' strategy/target players (no 'free' lays for them) had to avoid the 1st runner, and with that leaving just 4 potential lays, it as an insufficient amount to proceed and so they stop here at levels, and good stuff with the runner winning!....

'Bank builder' strategy/target players started with a no bet race, so they was the end of the 5 runner builders as they ran out of potential lays left to proceed. 4 runner builders carried on, and they got their 1st lay (the 2nd runner) at 3.05 max, but a poor result see them go behind early.........They then had their 2nd lay (the 4th runner) at 1.7 and a good result see them break level, and with being level with only one potential lay left, no room at all for error, they're always advised to stop, and so they end level......

Bank builder 4 runner strategy/target. £400 bank. Max 25% target £100

1st lay £100 to win as much of the £100 target @ 3.05 max. Result negative. Lose £100

Total bank now £300

2nd lay £100 to recoup the £100 @ 1.7. Result positive. Win £100

Total bank now £400

Levels with just one potential lay left, so no room at all for error now and so the levels taken.

Overall result. Level.

Traders either won, or broke level on all their trades, so they did the best they could and well played...

So builders and rollers finish level, and with all those winners that was a good result, as could've been much much worse, so well played guys and speak in the morning...

Afternoon.

Workings for this evening's racing then, as follows.....

5.55 Windsor. MISS CHAMANDA (3.55)

Our price 23/10 (3.0) and so no bets can be advised at current odds. If we see 3.0 or under, we'll go in for a lay. *Please note that more emphasis has had to go on the early markets for clues, conerning this race*

6.10 Sedgefield. MIRAGE DORE (3.45)

Our price 14/5 (3.8) and so a LAY is the call at current odds. We'd lay up to 3.5 or under.

6.40 Sedgefield. WEE FORBEES (1.42)

Our price 2/5 (1.4) and so no bets can be advised at current odds. If we see 1.2 or under, we'll go in for a lay. *Traders be aware that he likes to race prominent, or lead in hs races*

7.25 Windsor. FRENCH RIVIERA (1.84)

Our price Evens (2.0) and so no bets can be advised at current odds. If we see 1.7 or under, we'll go in for a lay. *Please note that more emphasis has gone on the early maret for clues, concerning this race*

7.55 Windsor. CAPE COLONY (3.1)

Our price 13/5 (3.6) and so a LAY is the call at current odds. We'd lay up to 3.3 or under.

All races priced up with non runners taken into account, up until 15:30pm.

That's what we have to work around for this evening then. The minimum 5 to work around (for 5 runner players obviously) and so no room at all for error early doors, if of course we get off to a start! We have enough within our armoury to warrant going into battle, so let's hope the value pays the way this evening, as it certainly does over a period of time. Good luck and speak soon.......
