The reason that the Lunn's had 2 runners in the race in question and James and Doug did not get a run with their horses when the rule is every trainer getting one runner first before one gets two, is that that rule does not apply to horses under sufferance. If you are under sufferance then you only get a run if there is a place for you. That is right I think.

then regal legent who was 1.5kg under sufferance should never have got a run before gangham style using your ruling...

craig could you also find out when we getting sectional timing down here in natal as this was meant to be implemented on champions day last season which is the last Saturday of july

its really poor pr by the relevant operators when they cant come back to you on the matters discussed above especially sectional timing which is extremely important for many roleplayers in the industry ...you cant expect craig to follow up all the time but bob your mates at g,c should have sent you an explanation by now
