Tip a champions runs anywhere near his last race then he should win, 5-1 looks fair value.

Double on the card 48/1

race 1: DEFINING LOOKS, trying the sand for the 1st time, even though wide draw to overcome will demolish this field.

race 4: SEE YOU, good sand form and draw. Will crack the maidens tomorrow

be careful - is held by Careless Wisper and Kikushka was not far behind either(I think Kikuska will like sand)

All The Bids very hard to beat imo, especially if allowed to control it , race to the bend between Bids and Samagon

R1 Poor maiden. Of those with c experience Crown Bearer seems the most likely but the form is seemingly pretty weak. Careless Whisper has a chance if taking to the surface but the most likely to do of those without c experience imo is, as Mr H has implied earlier, Kikusha, whose half brother has some respectable sand form despite his sire not being particularly renowned for being a strong sand sire. Defining Looks also has some indicators in the breeding to suggest he may improve on this surface. An "anything could win" given the poor form shown but at the prices I'll risk a small e/w... Kikusha x Defining Looks x Crown Bearer

R2 The big drop in trip makes Cedar Wood a no go for me at the price. I'll chance Colonel Rockjaw who has indicators in the breeding to imply an improved showing may be forthcoming on this surface. The stable form though is a concern. Summer Connection from a good sand sire may also surprise on debut but the 9 draw won't make it an easy task.

R3 Looks competitive with plenty possibles but I like Royal Trip quite strongly with the 1 box a potentially big advantage. Crystal's Revenge might be closest.

R4 Tarentum is possibly my strongest fancy of the day despite it being a poor field where a shock can never be ruled out. Has been well beaten in both sand starts but still finished 3rd and 2nd. The extra d is a concern but on a line through Razzle My Tazzle, 5l separates Tarentum from See You, though the former did meet RMT over 1200 and SY over 1450. Sweet Singer could add value to trifectas.

R5 Tommy Gun x All The Bids x Samogan

R6 Tough. I make it between the top 4 in the market and any of them could win it. Die Kat has a tough draw to overcome and though I doubt he will be too far off, it may be too big a hurdle. Oriental Blue has the 1 draw and performed well on both c visits but probably would prefer a little further. Tip A Champion has more weight and a tricky draw in 10. He was beaten by All The bids lto but that one suffered a 5l defeat to Facebook back in August and that one showed signs lto of coming back to form. From a useful draw in 5 I think he could be the right one... Facebook x Tip A Champion x Oriental Blue x Die Kat

R7 Mulberry Bay x Conne Mare Black x Celtic Heroine

R8 Cosmic Tom x Gems A Plenty x Commissionerstreet

R9 Very open. Slick Deputy x Electrik Elektra x Star Empress (R1 Dawn Day)

Be(s)t of luck to all
