MDK in Dubai 2015 . Not as good as previous years

Just my opinion but the horses are not at the level of previous years.

He has a lot more horses i would have expected far more winner.

SA horses from the 2014 shipment have no yet performed either.

I agree, not quite as good as previous. He has a rather large stable and none of the runners bar Mubtaahij and to a lesser extent Umgiyo have been very moderate.

I think the surface change has not worked out well.

Let's hope Super Saturday brings a change of luck.

I think we come to expect the same level of performance year in and year out but the simple fact remains that it is under incredibly difficult circumstances and heavy competition that he has to compete there.

Wait guys Mike always comes well when it counts he's a true champion you will see!

and the Americans have not as yet arrived and when they do the rest had better watch out.

Hes only a couple of meetings worth of decent results away from being as good as ever

Still has some of the best horses to come.
However, watching a carnival stalwart like Hunters Light , who has been a great horse but nowhere near horses like the Apache, and Vercingetorix over the years, comfortably hold off our latest hopeful, does not give much confidence.

I do think the change of surface has made it much more difficult to place horses and some definitely look like they needed the runs much more than expected, especially the new arrivals.

Still have faith that some will make amends on the big days and still very hopeful that horses Like Via and Yorker will do well.
