Captain's Diva Evens for a place, paying 4 places with Wsb. Lots of dead weight in that field. That's free money.

One has had 3 runs whilst the other has had 23 runs...which one still has potential to improve and which one is probably in it's place from a ratings perspective ?? :)

Especially when on considers that Kwinta came out and ran 3l behind Sirens Call at Levels??
