Considering that Weiho has appointed Ashleigh Hughes to run the Gauteng operation and he is now domiciled in KZN I think it would be fair to say that the satellite in his case is without a doubt based in Gauteng..

well no answers forthcoming from our experts on here..as an outsider looking in I would have to speculate and say he is based in Gauteng as this season he has had 70 winners from 368 runners in Gauteng and 34 winners from 206 runners in natal..

In fairness he hasn't been in KZN for the entire season so far. (As far as I know)
