HOLLYWOOD BETS - WTF!!!

Is there nobody responding to our queries? firstly I made a deposit about 8 minutes ago, the deposit is still not showing in my account (500.00) furthermore I am still awaiting refunds on bets taken for the VAAL SAND.

Okay my R500.00 was done, now what about my refunds. Come on guys, or am I just the only nagger here.

We have refunded your bets from the Vaal Sand. Unfortunately system requirements make it quite a process to get these refunded, however once a race has been run and resulted, these refunded bets clear. We have gone to your account and managed a process to refund your bets.

With regards to your 10 minute turn around time on your deposit - if you want it quicker than this, I highly suggest you either use our Credit Card facility or our Payfast facility. With these there are no turn around times.

Just read the thread again, the queue to deposit in a bank is usually longer than 8 minutes lol

Hi Dev , what's up with the form guide via the website ?? Just photo copies of winning form ??

This might be unrelated however Sun bet took an entire weekend to credit my deposit and only did so on the Monday after I sent in my proof of payment. My point is that Hollywood is still miles in front though they have set an expectation therefore when it's not met. People are going to ask why. Not a bad thing .

Unfortunately when the files are corrupt, and the form guides are missing information, the only way to make sure you still have access to the form is to put the photo copied version of it online. We do try to fix it, but if all else fails this is our last resort.
