Assess yesterday's vaal racing after it switching to turf from sand?

Do the horses get assessed as the meeting was run on Turf or Sand etc etc

Will the horses get penalised for running close to better treated turf horses ?

Or is yesterday's meeting basically ignored ?

I certainly ignore 98% of the runs on these occasions-very little stands up as I find the basis is difficult to establish!
