Warwick race 6: The Gipper was well clear of the others when 2nd behind his stablemate on debut, 15/2 the win and 15/10 the place seems like a bit of value... What do the jump pro's fancy today...

Three really tricky cards today.
R3 Kempton Midnight Chorister. Only three runners here and George Nympton looks to have a lot to find. The selection has already finished in front of his main rival Artifice Sivola this season and is now 9lbs better off at the weights with that one after Artifice's easy win at Fakenham last time. The selection also won last time in a stronger race than the Fakenham one and probably should be favourite here. 11/8 is a decent price in what looks a match between the two of them.
R5 Chepstow Mountain of Mourne E/W. Rock N Rhythm will go off a very short priced favourite here (around 4/9) and will probably win, but he doesn't have that much in hand of the selection on hurdling form and his price owes much more to his connections than his form. Mountain of Mourne ran poorly when well fancied in a competitive little handicap at Newbury last time, but his previous two runs give him a leading chance here and he should be able to make the first three at a very attractive 8/1.

Backed it E/W and place only, so no complaints - favourite hacked up, though.
