when I heard if this one I looked at jockey booking and said nah. With the changes clearly seems the right one however what price will it open. ..

The Jockey booking certainly would suggest that RHP is the one to be with in the first race but I would not be taking any silly prices...the breeding would suggest that the horse is bred for further and his 3yo sister has been beaten almost 60L in 4 runs over 1200-2000, clearly this one must have shown something for Anton to travel to and from Scotts for just the 1 ride and the apparent lack of opposition in raced runners will also help his cause but I would advise caution..

WAY OF LIGHT for me - 71 Rating - Horse he beat in Maidens, Qatar Springs, is an 80 now. He has problems but if he is sound I expect he will go close

I would advise caution for other reasons as well.

PMB has had overnight rain. The same type and quantity as Saturday night. The exception being that there is no sunshine as yet. My driveway is still wet from the overnight rain.

maybe the 1st mount fitted in nicely with Marcus`s flight? and we are all just putting 16 and 42 together?

The anticipation of waiting to see if the first 3 races are worthless as betting propositions :)

He could also be flying from PMB to JHB (opened 14/10 now 1/1)

Race 4 - Captain Broadhurst @8/1 e/w. Think he really needed that comeback run. On the mumseyjet formline CB looks beaten by Entree but when you take into account the draws and CB's very good run on this course last time I think it's a lot closer. Also think it took a lot of energy for CB to get the lead last time from draw 7 and from draw 1 if fit could be hard to pin back. Chasing the sun the obvious danger, will try swingers with him.

Race 5 - Gathering fame @3/1. That win in the Cpe was very impressive, Drier been placing him well. Looking for 4 in a row and looks way ahead of the handicapper still. No gate troubles and this one wins.

Race 6 - Fire the rocket @4/1 e/w. Very good c&d record and really like the formlines this one represents. Not impressed by the other two favorites formlines and is really getting competitive with the constant dropping in ratings.

Race 7 - Sacred Jewel @6/1 e/w. Unbeaten this c&d must make this one a runner again here.

Race 8 - Art Deco @2/1. Looks the bet of the day for me. Run behind eloquence was very good let alone those last two wins, should walk home. Double with gathering fame @9/1 looks good
