Both the Woodruff and de Kock stables have been blowing a bit hot and cold recently - Geoff Woodruff has been saying for a while now that a virus is making its way through the stables - and while both stables look to have some good chances today, I would tread carefully

Hearing a whisper or two about Forest Lawn, anyone got some more info? Doesn't have much to beat in this field. If forest lawn isn't ready, rose of castille should win.

R1 Crew R1 place
R2 Wendish small e/w
R3 Island Bliss R1 e/w (though price has become pretty restrictive!)
R4 Perfect Grace for trifectas, Dusk To Dawn for quartets, Red Scimitar possibly another to include for T n Qs while absolute nutters might also want to throw in Antagonist
R5 Wide open. I think Gems A Plenty should go well but, at the prices, I'll chance Dream Leader who is usually thereabouts and has a 6.5kg pull with GAP for 0.5l. Mogok's Desire easily beat both lto but has the 17 box here and is 7.5kgs worse off with DL, both are from the same stable though so. Those 3 form my trifecta but plenty could win it.
R6 Kings V from Secret Magok. R1 e/w on Shiver n Shake who if reproducing her effort last time over this c/d could go close, the subsequent turf run though dampens enthusiasm.
R7 Shea Devon
R8 Loco Por Ganar - said lto that the previous run had been fairly impressive with the late run and did not disappoint, think his chances are only improved back over this longer distance and the wide draw shouldn't be much of an issue. My e/w double horse with Kings V. Shepherd's Warning and Go Gold may finish closest.
Be(s)t of luck to all

I totally understand PK, however "certain individuals" usually give us confidence on SS and they've been spot on every single time, today a place at best. SHEA DEVON is the horse to beat and will win comfortably IMO, I'm almost 100% certain.
i much prefer going along with the Legal Eagle formline here. Thats my take on it anyway

REBEL KING had two winners yesterday CREDIBILITY and REBEL HOUSE
Full sister to BRAD'S SURGE
Can go close IMO if not too green, I heard sometime ago that a 1st timer "something FOREST" will win her maiden on debut and I would need to get on early as the price wouldn't last, just can't remember if it's the same runner today, unfortunately I didn't make a note at the time.
