Uploading pics help...

I'm sure there is a thread about this but can someone give me some help ( using small words please ) on how to load pics on here....tried last night using the 'add file' then 'insert' buttons but got nowhere...

Use this website tinypic.com/

press browse and select your pic from your files

select size 640 x 480

press upload

copy and paste the code for forum this website tinypic.com/ gives you

onto the forum... voila

or you can just use the add file button and press insert

but you just need to make sure the file is not massive

right click a pic on the internet, click view image then copy n paste the url

How do I post a video with the still shot of the start of the video showing so you can click the still shot to start playing the video. Thanks.

There is a post video button Naresh but is to be a supported format

always remember to press insert

unfortunately not Rob

Thats why i use the opload file button, but i usually resize the pics first
