There was 123 lots offered of which 107 lots are sold for an aggregate of R44.3m

There was 9 R1m+ lots , 2 x R2m and one R1.9m looks like Mr Jooste has bought 8 or the top 10 lots

LOT 57

A R2m purchase by Mayfair speculators was withdrawn or not sold at the 2015 CPYS By New Approach ( standing for close to R2m in Europe)

a dud sale. just look at the stats.

Jooste buys 12.7 million of the 44 million. for 15 horses 4 of the buys were ozzie imports.

Means 92 were sold for 31 million.

11 vendor buyback at my count.

charles Laird 2.8 mil from Klavervlei stud only. really??


no new owners that i could see.

Yup false economy

I'm sure Jooste paid more at some sale in France last year for a few horses than this whole sale raised
