Have to go out before 9 this morning and have just placed my exotics on the open bet ........................why? ........cos Tab-online isn't open?????
WHY would an electronic website not work normal business hours at least ?

I'm sure there is a very good reason but I couldn't be bothered to hear .........my bets are placed!

Thats my biggest single reason too. I need 24/7 but Titch thinks it trivial.

My other cousin Darryl who works at SAFTOTE says that in the early morning they need the bandwidth and server capacity for CALL OF DUTY battles.

After 9 when the managers arrive they switch back on

Sorry Bob ,don't see the "TBF" bit ...............Saftote are not competing with UK bookies for the open bet!!!..................their competition took my bets happily at 8:45.

I passed through Rosettenville this morning at 7.20am on my way to the airport. Keith Ho has a Betxchange branch in Rosettenville and it was pumping at that time. There mush of been at least 100 customers in the place and I could only see what was happening on the bottom floor. Rob Faux makes a very good point.

I am visiting my daughter in Cape Town and my son in law fancies the ponies. We work out a p6 and he goes to put it on and this gets displayed....

So on Joburgs biggest day there is no business being done online at 08h00. It is a disgrace and people ask why the open bet is gaining momentum. A quick phone call to my bookie and the bet is taken without incident.
