This topic is about Vee's ability to pick winner's. Vee's best bets for Borrowdale meetings have been consistently winning week after week hence it has been profitable for me. I'm don't care about Phumelela's betting systems/network failures.

Muthiman, there is no disputing what you are saying.
Where we differ is that I believe that Vee is bright, enthusiastic and willing to try a few new things although it might not always work. He is genuinely passionate about what he does which is more than most can say.
Where he can improve is in opening his mind to the new ideas of others as it is not a requirement to have to come up with everything yourself.
The best manager that I ever had taught me a very valuable lesson in life and he was really successful and well liked as well.
He believed that good managers surrounds themselves with talent and that success comes from spotting good ideas and implementing them no matter who put it forward.
Further to that he would always give recognition to those individuals that came up with good ideas and would reward them properly.
Success comes from recognising the best through spreading the net wide, not only focussing inward for solutions and ideas, and more importantly implementing them.

Here we have the gist of the matter.....Joe punter does not care about the tote and betting systems.....because he is punting else where....I arrest my case.....tipping winners is not going to win back or enthuse people to play on the tote.....

I'm not sure if punters are going to rush off and play on the tote but any reading this thread will now make a point of watching for Vee's Borrowdale Tips if they fancy a bet there - Whether they will play on the tote or not I don't know but exposure for Zim Racing is what he's getting here. (I have not backed in Zim for years and doubt if I ever will so I'm neutral but I may just follow his tips when I see them to see how he goes.)

LSU I have had 1st hand experiences on trying to engage Mr Moodely on some of the oddities I as a bettor on the tote have experienced.....he simply passes the buck to his minnions and gets them to act.....well one can manage like the military and dodge issues by making a chain of command but the military is like any monoply as a country only has one.....we have other monopolies like ESKOM and need I say anymore on how it is being managed....Vee imvho does not have the respect of his rank and file.....because he is too busy grandstanding ....instead of focusing on what needs to be done to stop the rot..... :S

@Bob...Here's the thing,FORM STUDIERS like Mr Moodley and co are part of those 97% of losers in the short and long run.
Heinrich are you saying form studying will make one a loser... perhaps I should stop using the Computer Form and Formgrids
Would you suggest make friends with jockey, trainers, bookies etc. to get winners

I am saying there is much more to it than finding winners than just studying form and watching Merit ratings. With the basic Form study you will find all the favs to win...that's all.
