Well done to the winners Gift Kelehe and Caroline Wostmann. A S.A. double for the 90th running of the Comrades. Proudly S.African and the Kelehe brothers go down in history as the first brothers to win the race with Andrew Kelehe winning in 2001.

Gift Kelehe looked great after winning and was able to do a few press-ups as his celebrations post-race.What an impressive performance and it's a pity we did not have a betting thread on the event as Gift was very bullish that he was going to slam the field!!

Also a great relief to see the Russian twins lose their grip on the ladies race with a S.A. exacta after many many moons.

Well done to the entrants and finishers, takes a ton of guts and determination to compete in this toughest of marathons .

Most impressive for me was Caroline Wostmann...improved her time by about 3 hours in last 4 runs of the Comrades...

I'll be there for the next year's down run...
