ABLE FRIEND and California Chrome were among Royal Ascot's international contenders to warm up for the meeting in Newmarket on Thursday morning.
Japanese aces Super Moon and Spielberg, who have the Hardwicke Stakes and Wolferton Handicap and the Prince of Wales's Stakes as their targets next week, were also in action.
So too were Australian speedsters Shamal Wind and Wandjina, 8-1 and 12-1 shots for the King's Stand and Diamond Jubilee Stakes.
Diamond Jubilee favourite Brazen Beau, another raider from down under, was another to stretch his legs.
However, the headline act is arguably Able Friend, Hong Kong's best ever horse who clashes with French star Solow in a mouthwatering Queen Anne Stakes on Tuesday.
A 9-4 chance for the opening race at Royal Ascot, he cantered and reportedly looked really well.
US Horse of the Year California Chrome, who won the Kentucky Derby and Preakness 12 months ago, runs in the Prince of Wales's Stakes.
He was partnered by big-race jockey William Buick when working over six furlongs on the Watered Gallop with trainer Art Sherman and part-owner Steve Coburn in attendance.

Forget Ascot.
The buzz is The World Cup Of Darts in Gemany.
Scotland are playing Singapore,it's Anderson and Wright against Lim and Lim.
If Singapore win and anyone claims to have punted them, with those surnames they are proper ARMs.
It's also very funny listening to a load of Krauts singing " Peter.Peter Wright,Peter Wright.

Took Gailo Chop for the Prince of Wales, 20/1.. Ran solow to within two lengths after a break of 6months, Solow hammered Grey Gatsby in Dubai .. Gailo Beat Western hymn by a street at Longchamp but Western Hymn is priced at 8/1 and Grey Gatsby at 5s.. See what happens on the day but the collateral is there 4 all to see..
When you running with the big dogs, u can't piss like a puppy..
