His actually has won 3 out of 3. The horse that beat him in his first start was later disqualified after been found positive.

Amazingly about 3 or 4 winners from 2 different stables were also disqualified after been found positive with the same product. Both trainers requested all their horses be tested before they run. Another 5 or 6 positives came from that. After some investigation they found that the banned product was coming from the paper in their stables. (Mauritius uses shredded paper as bedding).
