Rest of UK & Leopardstown Thursday

R1 Ripon Fishergate. Has been second on both his runs so far, the first time behind Easton Angel who was a good second at Royal Ascot yesterday. Ran well again on his most recent appearance (first three were well clear), is well drawn here and will be hard to beat in what looks a slightly easier maiden. 7/4 is a fair price (could well go off shorter).

R3 Ripon Multellie. Consistent gelding who will be well suited by the step back up in trip. Likely to be ridden from the front in this and can make all at the main expense of likely favourite Searching. 2/1 a fair price.

R4 Chelmsford Pearl Ice E/W. Tumbaga will be an odds-on favourite, but, although open to improvement, has a fair bit to find on bare form. The selection is very solid at this level, comes into the race in top form and should be able to make the first three at least at around 6/1. Sound E/W chance.
