R1 Nottingham Pyjama Party. Has shown plenty of promise in his two runs so far. Was beaten at odds-on last time, but probably ran into a decent filly (who has won again since) that day and the softish ground might not have been ideal either. This looks easier and he can get off the mark today. 7/4 is a reasonable price in a weak looking maiden.

R2 Nottingham Barreesh. Was a bit disappointing at Goodwood last time, but that was over a mile and he didn't look entirely comfortable on such an undulating track. Today's trip and track should be more suitable and he can break his duck in an uncompetitive maiden at around 2/1.

I am going to have a small eachway on Poyle Vinnie in Newmarket 5. 20/1 and should be running on well. Not mad about the favourite....
