Who's up for. . .

making the richest race in SA an event fit for it's 'Billing'?

I've been thinking about this for a few hours now lads after Oscar's post.

And instead of all standing back waiting for P or the RA to wave a magic wand - lets just 'do it' as owners with Horses @Tuffies - no?

1) With the help of our Trainers, I'm sure us ownners could throw in a kitty and thereby get a bunch of 'Hospitality tents' to start with.

2) Get a Brewery to supply some Kegs - Winerey some cases of wine - resturants food etc.

3) Seek sponsers for races/prizes for raffles etc.

I think if 'we' the owners can start this ball rolling - everyone else will come together.

I must say even living 6,000 miles away - I am prepared to do what I can to make this day 'Happen' - make calls for sponsers whatever!

So come on guys: "if you build it they WILL come" - lol!
