What stumps me is that Englander imo is not a one trick pony. He knows his football and cricket but because he has become disillusioned with the horses he ducks. Maybe his cricket both his cricket teams are pissing him off at the moment and we all know that his football team, Man United , are in the process of buying the premier league. So yes he must be down in the dumps.

I think Englander has made a wise decision, I love racing but let's be honest there are some strange things happening. Like Englander I've hung my punting boots, after having a very lengthy chat with the top jock last week i've been convinced to sit out.
The adrenalin combined with the nerves and extreme ups and downs of racing are a one way ticket to an early heart attack, lol. It's a bullshit game and I've never been happier since turning away... Good on englander! Very wise decision...

sad state of affairs indeed, too much corruption involved in the game these days.

With respect Sir could you inform us how this bookmakers on track control the game
I don't know how many bookmakers is there at Greyville Kenl, Fairview and I am not sure if KMB has one but @ Turffontein there could not be more than 5 on course and at he Vaal there is one so I would love to know how they control the game, according to you, so that we all could be aware of it and stop them.
and Sir we are not fools doesn't matter if you are a old punter or new punter we are not fools, we punt because we want to, each will have it's own reason but certainly we are nobody's fools as according to you.
