So someone who tips for a newspaper for a wage is a tipster,but someone who produces ratings which he sells to the public is not?

Huchergh lol don't worry about it mate. Imho Easy is entirely wrong, Loopy may have costs to cover but that does not mean he is not a tipster, though you could argue the computer rather than Loopy is the tipster! Anyway, I doubt very much Loopy will take no new members when the membership fees cancel out the costs, if that figure has not already been attained.

But, these threads pop-up every second month or so. Just people venting for the most part imo and it always come down to the same thing, join if you want to, ignore if you don't.
