Once again I ask why anyone supports this site.

A number of months ago I stopped betting with them due to poor prices specifically their place prices.

Well last night I tried to back a horse Saratoga. With 4 mins prior to off the bet wouldn't go through saying market closed. I sent a mail to explain my problem. No response

Phoned twice today asking for an explanation. They don't even have the respect to call back.

Time to go back to Betexchange who know what client service is about

There must be a reason why you went back?

Yes won betting vouchers in a golf day. Not really the point though. Their web platform is the best but the client service is very poor.

Morning Dev I got a problem with the main site,it downloads but not the left side were you chose were you want to back.i always use the main site on my phone on racing coz I can see what's been backed,the mobile site only gives you the betting.is there a problem with it.

Try Ctrl+f5 it may work

Please try as Mr Hawaii suggested. If you can clear the cache on your phone and try again. I've tried the main website on my phone, and it works. If you still have problems please PM me with the handset you are using, and the browser you are using on your phone.

If using the mobisite (m.hollywoodbets.net) , you can see your pending bets.
>>> Go to m.hollywoodbets.net
>>> Login
>>> Click on Account
>>> Click on Statement
>>> Choose your Date Range
>>> Select from all/pending/winning etc.
>>> Your bets will appear. Click on it to view it.

Please note bets from last month will not show the data as they have been archived.
