Place acumulator

Would be good to hear what others think of place acumulators. I used to know somebody who i have lost contact with, he would only play the p.a would spend upto 1000 on a p.a and claimed to show profits.Does anyone else on here specialize more on the p.a. If so do you have a structure.By my local tote there is somebody else who also does p.a,s but plays a percentage and ends up multiplying and winning.i found i drifted off to the bipots where i spend but find most of the time there is a workriders race and early races with to many first timers running.i end up loading 5x5 and come through once if im lucky.so costing R25 and most times paying R5.eventhough i had a few big bipot wins when it first started im finding it a messy bet.i used to play pick 6 only but with couplings gone it has become like a loto so i turned my attention to bipots. would aprecciate any p.a stories and structures.

Ah, the P.A also known as the poormans bet. Not as popular these days compared to the more 'fashionable' bets such as the pick 6 and bipot. Most friends of mine don't have the patience anymore to take the P.A - says not worth waiting practically the whole day for sometimes a small reward. But still its an effective bet when you just want to enjoy the racing more than anything else.

When I play I enjoy PAs best, I play a max of 250 on a multiple PA most of the time as a %. My best payout was +11k on a PA costing 225. I had under 10% but got it 54 times and div was around 3500. I see a lot of profits on PAs so i'm kinda hooked on it now, when I play...lol

I won R8400+ for a R50 perm on the PA two J&B Met's ago. I thought I had cracked the PA code, but aye, nothing but pish and losses ever since.

small payout accumulators are a pain but Fairview and Scottsville are worth playing for a result
For me Greyville is a nightmare and winter on the highveld has not been good

Most entertaining bet by far if you fancy an afternoons racing on a budget. My best return was on a PA of R18 returning R13500 (50% of the R27000 dividend)

Mostly play small PA's and a percentage as I enjoy the involvement over weekends. Not a bad bet from a strike rate perspective as it always offers a chance and can pay very well on occasion.

I find the playing the overseas PA and Quixmix PA a very enticing bet where payouts can be very rewarding. I play all my PA's on the open bet has the pools are small. Dont want to sound like An ARM but my biggest win was a PA Quixmix for almost R50000 for a R1000 outlay and I had one banker which was an odds on shot Princess Victoria who was having her last run in Cape Town

Best is to play straight line either 50x or 100x, a friend took it 50x paid R500 - good return
